...are we going to compromise?
So I'm trying to post the Constitution here, and It rejects the proposal because the post is too long. Too long? We never had that problem on IF...
My inbox on the other forum has space for about 6 new messages, and its set to hold 100 of them. Here, the absolute maximum (unless we pay a monthly fee to upgrade) is 50 personal messages.
Not to mention, threads like "Count to 50,000," would have to be either restarted or we'd have to start counting where we left off at here- loosing 100's of pages for a new thread.
Not to mention, we can't adjust post counts, statistics, anything. The control panel is a motionforum control freak.
And I suppose we can split up long topics into multiple posts, but what a pain!
I love the new look- and a move to a new forum is inevitable. We've already put in a lot of work into this one, but is it REALLY worth it? I'm willing to work with it, but as a region, how much are we willing to compromise?
